A: No, these bundles are
coaching programs, not psychological therapy. They’re designed to give you accountability, encouragement, and practical strategies to build healthier habits and support your wellbeing.

While I am a registered psychologist, these bundles do not include clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions. If you need therapy or medical support, I encourage you to seek care from a qualified health professional.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes! You’re never locked in. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Q: How much time do I need each week?
A: That’s up to you. Most people spend 20–30 minutes per week with the digital modules, and use messaging support as much or as little as they need. Coaching calls are either 30 or 60 minutes once a month, depending on your plan.

Q: What if I want to upgrade or downgrade my plan?
A: Easy - you can switch plans at any time. For example, you might start with self-guided access and later upgrade to include coaching. Your subscription will adjust from your next billing date.

Q: What if I need therapy instead of coaching?
A: If you are looking for
psychological therapy,  including clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions, that’s not included in these bundles. Coaching is focused on accountability, encouragement, and personal development strategies.
